1 - Store all food at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below
2 - Prepare as much food as possible

5 - Be sure no utensils touch raw food

7 - Thoroughly clean or replace tongs after handling raw food
8 - Ensure that all chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit
9 - Do not participate in cooking if you become ill
